My garage door was 40 years old. One morning, the spring broke suddenly. It was time to replace the entire garage door system. I called number of garage door installers and got number of estimates. AVF Residential, ARJAY came same day, fixed the broken spring temporarily, gave me very fair cost estimate for replacement and gave me delivery and installation date. Everything was done exactly on time and the final product is great. It was a pleasure working with ARJAY and his crew. They treated my house like their own. I highly recommend Avf residential and very happy to have them as my contact for future work.

I had a garage door and opener installed. Arjay was amazing. I actually screwed something up with it just after it was installed. Entirely my fault. Arjay came back same day and fixed it up for me. Very pleased with the install and the service.

Called AVF Monday and they arrived the same day. Diagnosed the problem with full explanation of what was wrong, parts needed and cost. Came back first thing next day with part and repaired the door. Also did addition repair on part of door which was not detected earlier. Fantastic service and quality workmanship at a very fair price.
