We have been happily servicing both residential, commercial, industrial and property management customers across the GTA for the past 16 years, with over 26 years of experience in our trade. We install new garage doors and automatic garage door openers as well as provide repairs to existing installations. We serve locations in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, Scarborough, North York and the outskirts of the Greater Toronto Area.

I was about to leave home and realized my garage door would not open. I called Arjay and he and his brother cane the next day. They were professional, friendly and did the job in good time. I would recommend them to anyone who might have garage door problems!!!

Garage Door Fix

My garage door failed to open. I turns out that spring broke. I called AVF Residential to repair it. They were at my doorstep in 20 minutes and the garage door was fixed in no time. Arjay and his brother were amazing. Thank you guys! Great customer service. I would use them for any future garage door needs. Highly recommended!

We needed a new panel for our garage door. 3 companies said it couldnt ne replaced & a new custom door would be $3000!! AVF made a new custom panel and installed it in less than a week with great customer service at every step.

We were very pleased with the service from this company. Prior to installation, the owner spent a lot of time with us, patiently, on the phone, and on email, trying to help us resolve an unrelated issue. The actual garage door opener is an excellent product and the service was professional, reliable, punctual and meticulous. WE are totally pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.
