The Dependable team was the most professional and honest company. After I purchased my home and had an inspection done I was notified that my insulation was almost non existent in my attic. I had multiple companies come out to give me a quote that were close to double what I paid. Not only were they more expensive, they were only going to top up the insulation that was there. They all gave me a quote without even going into the attic.
When I contacted Dependable, they came out the very next day to do an inspection. The went up into the attic, measured how much was there and did a thorough walk through. During their inspection they noticed that not only was my insulation low but I had animal droppings and Mold in section of the attic due to a vent that wasnt installed properly. If it wasnt for their thorough inspection I would have never known any of this. They gave me a step by step breakdown of what needed to be done and put me on the priority list. They came back on the weekend and sucked out all of the old insulation, cleaned the attic from all of the animal droppings and gave me recommendations for some other companies to come and clean the Mold and fix the vent professionally. Once I had that done and completed they came back and blew brand new insulation back in.
Both times they came, they ensured the hose was completely clean and they made sure they made no mess at all.
I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone! 10 out of 10!!
