Msd Contracting

I cannot recommend MSD Contracting enough. We were extremely satisfied with every element of the project (which consisted of the construction of a large portico over the front door of the house, extensive patio pavers at the front of the house, and multiple retaining walls)- from design through to completion of construction. I've set out some of my thoughts below:

Introduction and Design Phase
Marco and Sandro are both incredibly competent and offered many great ideas during the design phase to ensure that we got the best value for our money. From our first meeting with them, we felt that they were honest and detail oriented (this was further reinforced as the project progressed). They are both also very responsive - texts/calls are answered within minutes and they did site visits basically every day.

Their quote was very detailed with specific cost breakdowns which, in our experience, is uncommon in this industry. Billing is a smooth process and there are never any surprises or unexpected costs.

Construction
The quality of MSD's work is great and we are very happy it. Care was taken to ensure that the site was always clean and tidy at all times. Their crew works hard and is courteous and you can tell that Marco and Sandro treat them like family. As an example, I was moving some large rocks around my property (for an unrelated project) during construction. I took a break over lunch and saw one of the crew members taking time out of his break to move some rocks for me (unasked for!) because he said that I was working too hard. That really impressed us and speaks to the overall customer service approach of the company.

Follow Up
Marco and Sandro followed up multiple times once the work was completed in order to ensure that we were completely satisfied.

We have recommended MSD Contracting to a number of friends and family that have hired them for even larger projects. We can't wait to work with Marco and Sandro again on future projects!
