Abhorrent service. After months of trying to troubleshoot our septic system and only having two out of four of our tanks serviced for some odd reason, we almost encountered a huge overflow issue into my yard. The pumps were replaced multiple times to no avail; and no follow up regarding how to fix my problem. I was told to hire an electrician (one they referred me to) and had to pay multiple emergency diagnostic fees for no reason, as it was not an electrical problem. I did my best to relay this information to Van Isle Septic but not only did they talk poorly about the Electrician company THEY told me to hire, but told me there was nothing else they could do. So at this point, it was 11 days in to having my system shut off with no possible solution. Trying to reason with their receptionist Diana was a nightmare, as she is an uneducated hothead who refused to see my frustration and point of view. I would pay money to not deal with these people again.
