Flow Right Trough Service

This winter a few feet of trough that Darren installed three years ago had started to come away from the fascia on a section of the mansard roof that is prone to a considerable amount of snow load. He returned my phone message promptly and came by a few days later to re=secure the trough. It is comforting to have someone honour their warranty and refreshing to receive such responsiveness. I can't seem to get that level of response from my general contractor or kitchen installer that are involved with my current interior renovation.

Had to have half the work re-done as the facia came down, Work was described as shabby, inadequate and totally unprofessional by the contractor we hired to re-do the work.

I am a retired senior and DIYer with an engineering background and several major home renovations under my tool belt.
