My family hired Stonemaster Interlocking to level and seal our driveway. Without a signed contract, workers came unexpectedly to our house on June 7, 2017. Without a notice to people inside the house, they started to pry up the bricks from the driveway. At the end of the day, we are very upset on their workmanship and their quality of work. In addition, we pressured demand to quickly sign the receipt and to get paid. We have regret that we have paid under pressure. After their departure, we discovered that we were given much different instruction about car placement on the driveway. We have played safe and decide not to roll on top of the driveway for an entire week. Approximately 3 days after the job, it rained. It surprised us that there were so many cracks appeared. Within the week a weed appeared on the side. It is hard to believe that the driveway has recently sealed. Two weeks bypassed. The driveway’s condition has deteriorated significantly. We find now that the driveway has cracks, where the sand has been washed away with the rain. We are extremely unhappy with the job done. There is a nine-year warranty. We invited the company to return and to safeguard the quality that they have promised. It is sad that there is no immediate response from the company.
