This is by far the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered my kitchen in January, and was told 1-2 weeks. I’m still waiting for it to be completed. I paid 50% at the time of ordering, and when I picked up what I was told were all my kitchen pieces in March, I paid the remaining 50%. I paid that under false pretences. I received a kitchen with missing pieces and also had pieces that were not part of my ordered kitchen. We assembled all we could, but quickly realized this wasn’t right. We had trades lined up after them, in February. I had a tenant lined up for April. I’ve lost both trades and a tenant. Unfortunately I have no leverage since they’ve been paid. I’ve asked for a refund, to no avail. Tasha, one of the owners, is the most unorganized person you could meet. When you book a consultation appointment, she will answer all phone calls and text messages during your appointment time. The shop is disorganized and messy. I’ve been told MANY times now that Robert, her brother in law, would show up to install the missing pieces. In the last few weeks, I’ve tallied up that I’ve waited over 60 hours for this guy to no-show. When he does show up, he’s ill-prepared and will use any of your personal tools that he can find. I received a nail gun as a gift. It has never been used and was bought for a very specific purpose. He helped himself to using it twice now and, once, it was swept in with a pile of garbage. There is zero respect from Tasha or Robert. Robert also showed up to my house and entered my backyard without any warning. Tasha said I was being difficult because I asked for communication about who was coming and when. She expects you to leave the door open for them and leave them unsupervised. There is nothing that tells me that any of these workers are trustworthy. Communication is non-existent. Tasha talks poorly about her employees and they speak poorly about her. This would never be acceptable at any other business. You have to babysit Tasha to get an answer, as she is full of broken promises. This company has cost me more than double what the kitchen cost. AOK flooring is disrespectful, rude, and incompetent. Although I’m all for supporting small, family businesses, this is one you have to stay away from!
