I was looking for help at home, this company asked MONEY in advance and give you an apparent contract, but the service schedule was changed the 3 times they appeared, and was poor service. Later On, they never show up, NO REFUND, or answer the phone/mails. They are taking out MONEY from people, the web page indicated error, and I Can realize Im not the only one, What do we supposed to do? Its not fair !

I paid in advance for cleaning services as a gift for my mother and no one is returning my call. I am now out of pocket the advanced payment. I am going to be reporting them to consumer services, to my credit card company and to the media.

The worst possible experience. I paid in advance for one year and after 4 months of miserable service, they have just stopped. No one has showed up for the last one month and no response to my emails.

We were looking for a cleaning service as I was recovering from a long hospital stay. Our first appointment was over an hour late, and our second appointment was missed completely. And no response to emails or phone calls. We had to follow up with our bank to reverse charges after they billed us for another four cleanings we never agreed to! The cleaning itself was fine. But not worth the headache.

In start working good, some time with good and some time with non-experience cleaners. After that started no-show and now 4 weeks no replied to emails or answered any calls/messages. I felt when they started 60% discount. collect all advances and disappear. Never paid or go for a contract. Now no reply, no Refund. Dont know what to do.

Never ever try this company.

Paid approx. $1,300.00 for services un rendered . No response on the phone or via email.

I am a subscription customer, supposed to get preferred service. They are never on-time. In 12 cleanings I have had 11 different cleaners. I was finally told they don't even try to send the same cleaners back, despite their website saying they will try.

I have had cleaners not kwon what a Swifter duster is and how to use it. I have had several need help turning on the vacuum cleaner. Several needed to be shown how to use a spin mop.

When you do get a good cleaner, you never see them again. One of the better ones told me that they are usually assigned to go in after a complaint.

Stay away. Stay far, far, away.

I cannot stress enough that this is the worst cleaning service I've ever hired. They never show up for appointments. Their customer service is terrible and even when they can't come to an appointment and don't have a reason they won't let you exit your contract or offer you anything for the inconvenience.

At this point, they're holding my money hostage and I still haven't been able to get anyone to come and clean my house despite booking appointments as their cleaners just don't show up.

I paid for three once a month cleanings on a 50% off promotion. The first one was nothing special but the second one was amazing. After the second appointment I got a call offering three more appointments at 50% off so I took and they debited my credit card for the 3 months. Since then, I have had three appointments booked and nobody shows up. I get reminders that the appointment day is the next day but no one arrives, no communication. I have emailed five times, I have left voice messages four times. Nothing. Complete ghosting. I will continue to try to book appointments online but do not hold out any hope of them living up to their commitment. I have read that Scrubbi has closed down in other cities. Do not deal with this company.

I signed up for the annual package at a discounted rate - big mistake. Out of the 10/12 sessions I've had thus far, I can honestly say only 3 of them were adequate and left my house clean in the way I expected from a cleaning service. The rest have been unprofessional, inexperienced and in many cases, leaving things in a worse state than they found it (one cleaner used an old rag to wipe my entire apartment, leaving it smelling like..you guessed it...an old rag until I had to re-clean it myself). I have been unsuccessful in getting my money back thus far but wanted to warn others to stay away from this company.
