Dealing with Palm Drapery has been extremely easy. After submitting a request for a quote online, we heard back within 24-36 hours to set up the in home appointment. We experienced a flood in our basement the week our appointment was supposed to happen, but they were extremely flexible in rebooking the appointment. The in home consultation was great because it allowed us to clearly explain what we were looking for, plus show pictures. It was also great to be able to choose the fabric in person.
We placed our order just before Christmas and we should be receiving them by mid-January…can’t wait!!
Based on the experience we’ve had so far, and the fantastic price, we would definitely recommend Palm Drapery. We specifically dealt with Lisa who has been such a pleasure to deal with.
