Stonebridge Condo redoing his work after 5 years. P.O. box address says it all. AVOID! Valleys not tinned, shingles flying off.....you what you pay for. Avoid at all costs! Fly by night....

The boss was yelling and swearing at his guys took 3 days to do a 2100sq house. He also didn't put the paper stuff on my roof when I paid extra for it

Replaced shingles on 38 condo roofs about 3 years ago. Several homes leaked shortly after. Yesterdays wind blew shingles off many of the homes and we now learned the cellophane covering the bonding strip on each shingle had never been removed! New roofer says shingles are very low quality and may last 10 years if we're lucky. Wasn't and still doesn't have WSIB clearance certificate...google it. Operates out of Post Office Box....need I say anymore?

In less then 8 hours they stripped 2 layers of shingles, cleaned up and replaced shingles on our roof. Andy was pleasant and perfessional. His 4 handymen were polite and playful with my Grandson as they worked. I highly recommend Andy's Company, Cobra Roofing to all my friends and family.

The purchase of our first home was an experience in itself but our roof was leaving something to be desired. It was originally reported to us that the roof had been done in 2004 but the state of it .. honestly I'm surprised the previous homeowner made it as long as they did without replacing it. I contacted Andrew of Cobra Roofing for an estimate, among a few others of course, and while some of them couldn't even bother to get back to me, Andrew did nothing but give me his time to answer questions, even at 9pm on a Saturday night. I was pleasantly surprised how quick he was with his quote, how attentive he was with my questions and concerns - since this was all new to me! and also how accommodating he was. He gave me his input while choosing a colour. He and his crew were there when they said they would be. They helped me get out of the driveway since I couldn't see past their trailer and trucks while trying to leave for work. It took them a day and a half to install the roof on our house as well as the garage. They were courteous and knocked on the door when requesting to use the washroom and they cleaned up after themselves - Andrew was on top of his crew when he was dissatisfied with the nails that were still left laying around; though I think the nails are to be expected, all I cared about was that we weren't going to drive over them. Everyone was friendly; they spent a good 30 minutes at the end of the day just talking to us. We love our new roof and I would happily recommend Cobra roofing to anyone looking. Andrew also put us in touch with a company who installed new gutters, guards, downspouts, etc. who I was also very happy with. They were not only accommodating to what days I could have them at my house but they arrived and left when they said they would. Andrew was very pleasant and the roofers were very nice. They cleaned up when done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
