Update 2022 - I have been using this service for mosquitoes and spiders for a few summers now and the spray does exactly what it is supposed to. This is great. However - I am still struggling with their lack of communication between their customer service people and their with the guys who do the work. I can't say that I would recommend them any more until they improve this aspect of their business. All I want is a time frame as to when they will come to the house as I have dogs that need to be secured. A text with a heads up is all I need. They say what day but that it's. It could be anytime in that day.
I have to say the spraying works to keep bugs away. I had to have them come out a few times a month last summer after initially signing up.
However, I found it hard to communicate with them. To get them to come out, and let you know when they would be coming was tricky. If they could improve on this - I'd give them higher marks. So - I'd say 5 stars for the product working, and 3 for their communication.
Oct 2021 - I tried them again this summer and spoke the area manager about a few things. It was hit and miss to get a heads up that they were here to do the work so I could unlock the gate, but overall it worked out and I'll use them next year again.
