So I received a letter after years of having this service billed to my enbridge account. Was surprised to see a $678.00 fee for a payout of the service . So when I called I spoke to Brittle a customer service representative. Who explained there was no more third party billing available! He walk me through the process and we agreed on a resonable payment date . Very knowledgeable and polite . Great customer service. Very patient and understanding and the matter was resolved to catch up on the payments for the unit .
