I have an extended warranty and it seems as that is once they receive a repair request they contact Standard Appliance to do the repair. For this particular machine I've had a total of 6 service calls. Each time I speak with Henry who is rude and condescending. In fact, after a discussion with him today he hung up on me twice. I have never communicated with such an immature individual in my life. I would never contact this company, in fact I've informed my extended warranty company that they are not to send him to my home ever. I, therefore, would not recommend this company.
