Twin Contractors

Twin contractor replaced my fuse box for breaker ( June 09-17). Did good work. But 3 weeks later I noticed my door bell was not working. Checked the electrical box and no transformer was found but I did see the wires. I texted/email Mike with no answer. Called and he said we should be there in a week or so. Week later nothing. They don’t answer their test/email or phone. When you call, it goes to voice mail and does not take any messages. I know it’s a small job but they forgot the doorbell we’re all human but obviously they don’t care. Four months later no reply. Therefore I would never recommend this company. No customer service what so ever
