24 Hours Plumber

Had a badly clogged kitchen drain and leaking pipe in the basement at 10pm. I called several other large companies thinking it would be possible to get 24 hr service. Only got voicemail and said someone would get back to me. (Nobody did) Found 24 Hours Plumber online and called and Viktor picked up the phone and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He analyzed the situation and gave us a fair price for the job and we are so happy he came. I will be using Viktor for any other jobs forthcoming and also refer to him to anyone that requires a courteous and professional plumber. Thanks again Viktor!!!

It was around 2 AM when the shower control in the main bathroom was spewing out water. I called the 24hr hotline.
I was distraught and he was very calming and said that he would be here first thing in the morning. Victor showed up right on time and was very nice and empathetic to my situation. He went all the way downtown to get the parts I needed for the fix. Victor was extremely professional and neat. He was like a perfectionist with his work. Viktor was very professional and polite and did an excellent job on replacing a corroded & broken P-trap under my kitchen sink and he also cleared a drain blockage that I was experiencing for part two days. He responded very quickly and was very clear with what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I would definitely recommend him.

I got an immediate response on a Sunday long weekend, and two hours later Viktor was at my house and on the job. Very friendly, very polite, very tidy. Made some recommendations for a few other problems he spotted. Was gone within an hour, couldn't have been happier. We are senior citizens and we feel he took very good care of us and did not try to take advantage of our situation. Would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Victor saved us. Kitchen drained became blocked late at night. Victor came after 10pm, wearing his mask the entire time. He had his indoor and outdoor shoes. Gave me a quote after diagnosing the problem, before he began working and he didn't change it even when he had to replace parts that he wasn't aware needing replacing initially!
He was clean, thorough and tested everything when he was done over and over to ensure all was correct! He then cleaned up and left the area spotlessly.
