Underpinning/bench: A job well done!
Cliff and his team recently finished an underpinning project for us along the Danforth. Cliff was easy to work with, his team was friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking, and the finished work was top quality.
The initial estimate was itemized, detailed, and fairly priced and there were no unexpected costs at completion.
I’ve recommended Pegasus to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.
Note: this project Was delayed, changed, paused and started due to COVID. Cliff was able to roll with the punches and adjusted as required. He quickly responds to texts and picks up his phone or calls back within 30, that’s valuable.
