Called them to clean the ducts on an older house we bought. the appointment was scheduled quickly, they were on time and work was done efficiently. A few weeks later I called to get the gas fireplaces serviced it was at a bust time of year so booking took a bit longer and then my appointment had to be rescheduled due to the gas fitter calling in sick (no fault of his own, these things happen). The rescheduled appointment was another 2 weeks wait but on the day of the appointment they worked with me to get it done first thing. The technician was very pleasant to work with, informative and did his work quickly.
