Premium Plus Garage Doors Ltd

I needed a part repaired/replaced on my very old garage door. I found Premium Plus Garage Doors on HomeStars and called them early Friday morning hoping they would be able to come during the day to fix it. Not only did Hicham, the owner, come approximately 1-1/2 hours after we spoke, he was very efficient and quick with the repairs and explained everything to me. He knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem. He also took the time to adjust the springs on the garage door, fix another broken part and oiled everything so the door now opens and closes smoother. I also found him to be nice to talk to, knowledgeable and patient and felt comfortable with the work he did. His prices are reasonable and he seems to genuinely care about the work he does. He had another person with him who was also very nice, but unfortunately, I didn't get his name.

I contacted a number of highly rated garage door installers for quotes and what stood out with Hicham was that he was professional, patient, and took great pride in his craft. He is very prompt with his responses and during the installation, he took his time to make sure every is perfect. He also checked in with me after the installation to make sure I was happy. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing their garage door serviced or replaced.

Hicham is a very reliable man, he did a very good job and he was in time. He also helped me to find a painter for the front door and for the garage door .

Hicham responded within hours of my posting requirement for broken garage door spring, came out same day and recommended both doors springs be replaced. Completed work same day. Very pleasant and work completed to satisfaction. Recommend.
