I would highly recommend Junk Canada Removal after hiring them to remove a truckload of junk from our property. Tim is a pleasure to deal with and uses an online booking system for confirming appointments. He and Max were were professional and efficient onsite. Everything was as agreed upon in advance.

Tim was responsive for the quote as well as scheduling the job once I decided to go forward. The quote was very competitive because I think Tim was able to assess the job properly due to the on-site visit and discussion, which narrowed the Scope appropriately. (Some contractors did not visit.) The two-man team executed as planned. They ensured the job site was clean (the smaller foam bits were not easy to corral!). In one of two truck runs to dump the material, Tim's team also took some of my random wood waste that hanging around. Tim characterizes the best of a smaller contractor: Personally interested in seeing the job done right, eager for the work, being organized, professional and cordial. This was my best experience with a contractor via homestars. Tim is truly a gentleman and professional with great crew ( Max & Luca ). They were very caring and careful to avoid any damage to the parts that I did not want removed. I received their quote faster than anyone else. Their quote was also better than anyone else. I received messages prior to their arriving. They fulfilled the job faster than the quoted time. I will certainly recommend them and use their services in the future.

They also removed some of the junk ( i,e. old cement bags ) from my garage at the end of their job which was beyond their obligation for which I am grateful.

I contacted Homestar on Friday afternoon and Tim & team were there Saturday morning. They made quick work of my “junk” and were very friendly. Fairly priced and great communication. Would use again!

I contacted this company to remove items from my basement. They were booked for a couple of weeks so I didn't book them at first and asked them to let me know if they had any cancellations. They contacted me two days later as they did have a cancellation and were able to give me an appointment a few days later. They have a very efficient booking system that sends you notices by email and text to confirm the appointment, that they're on their way, that the work has been done. They also send their invoice electronically and provide a receipt after payment electronically. In addition to removing garbage, they agreed to help move boxes from the basement upstairs and into the garage, all for a small additional fee. The work was completed in an hour. The garbage amounted to half a truck load. They gave helpful suggestions regarding paint disposal and even arranged for the pickup of book donations by another agent (at no cost). The entire transaction was smooth, professional, and stressfree!

I’ve hired Tim and his crew four times so far. I’ve received excellent, on time service.
There is nothing they can’t remove. They are quick and take care of the walls upon disposal.

I needed a queen-size sleeper couch removed. I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me. The job was done quickly and professionally. Both were friendly and courteous.

Tim came in to analyze the situation and had some questions to determine exactly what to take out, and what needed a touch of caution to avoid damage to elements that were best left intact.
