I contacted this company to remove items from my basement. They were booked for a couple of weeks so I didn't book them at first and asked them to let me know if they had any cancellations. They contacted me two days later as they did have a cancellation and were able to give me an appointment a few days later. They have a very efficient booking system that sends you notices by email and text to confirm the appointment, that they're on their way, that the work has been done. They also send their invoice electronically and provide a receipt after payment electronically. In addition to removing garbage, they agreed to help move boxes from the basement upstairs and into the garage, all for a small additional fee. The work was completed in an hour. The garbage amounted to half a truck load. They gave helpful suggestions regarding paint disposal and even arranged for the pickup of book donations by another agent (at no cost). The entire transaction was smooth, professional, and stressfree!
