The tree guys

My 66 year old mother was taken advantage of. She was the only one there when they came. Marson ( the owner) promised her that he would remove 3 bushes, 2 tree stumps (one being tiny) and one full tree. It was obvious that they were not professional arborists because they tore off the top of the bushes, leaving behind the root systems. They ground up the tree stumps, which was fine. The full tree, however, was cut down and left in very large pieces. Several times, they said that they would come back to finish their job but they never did, even after multiple phone calls and emails. Marson is very dishonest and unprofessional. I'm very upset that my very kind mother was treated this way. 5 weeks later, she is left to move these huge pieces of leftover tree on her own. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I urge you to stay away from THE TREE GUYS. Marson, the owner, will sweet talk you and tell you what you want to hear. He makes promises that he has no intention of keeping.

The Ad says they require no money up front, however at the end of the first day he said he required half the money for "supplies and stuff". We were trusting and gave it to him.

Well, he took the money and never completed the job. We have called and texted so many times and we've gotten nothing but the run around.

Save yourself the trouble and hire someone else!!
