Michaels Kitchen Cabinets

In my view the sign of a great company is one that looks after its customers even after the project is done and the bill has been paid. I had Michael's kitchen install my new kitchen in June of 2019. The kitchen looks beautiful and the installation went well. At the time I was told they would come back to do touch ups to my cabinets post reno, and I also asked for an adjustment to two cabinet doors that were not closing properly. I emailed and texted multiple times. Sometimes I get no response. On other occasions I have been told someone would get back to me next week when they aren't so busy. Recently I was given a time and day for the visit, a Wednesday morning. No one showed, and no one called to say they were not going to make it.
I wish I could give this company five stars. I do love my kitchen and I enjoyed working with Robert and Frank. But so far, the post installation service has been zero.

Amazing craftsmanship very reasonably price friendly professional installers and sales people. I would highly recommend Michaels Kitchens to friends and family. After shopping around and waiting years to renovate my kitchen I finally have the desired outcome that I’ve been looking for all along!

Fantastic support and service by Michael and his team throughout the process of finalizing the design of the kitchen, and choosing the cabinets materials, design and colour. The cabinets were built quickly and installed quickly as well and with great quality. You can tell that Michael and his team take pride in their work! They even helped us make a last minute addition to the cabinets which completed the look of our beautiful new kitchen. Thanks Michael for building us a kitchen we love! I'm recommending the company to everyone I know that's planning on doing kitchen renos.

Robert and Michael were great to work with, from design, measuring and installation of my kitchen. The installation was professional and clean. Rob has great ideas when it comes to suggestions and the quality of work is amazing! I highly recommend these guys.

Very pleased with the quality of work this team produced. They were on time and very clean. The install took a bit longer but only because of the attention to detail. Now when guests come over, this custom cabinet becomes a focus of discussion. I am also pleasantly surprised that the individual - Frank - who sold us the unit showed up on the day of installation to make sure it went without a hitch. That level of service is not found very often.
