Denis came with shoe covers, gloves, mask and company shirt.
He called me a few minutes before our appointment to make sure I was home and good to come in.
I wanted the mount in a certain place for specific purposes and he showed me how it would work and where it would reach. His expertise showed me that that wasn’t the ideal place and why. He would have been happy to hang it where I wanted but after he illustrated it to me in a number of places I was happy where we hung it.
He is very knowable about where to place TVs and get the best viewing.
