I live in a condo. The unit directly above mine had a massive leak that caused substantial damage to my ceiling and walls in three rooms, including to the baseboards which had to be completely replaced throughout. Milton did a fantastic job repairing all the damage repainting, and ensuring that everything was as good as new. He finished the work promptly and with great attention to detail. This is the second time I have hired Milton for home renovations; he does excellent work, is reliable, fast, and always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
