James and his crew were professional, thoughtful and did excellent work on our mature tree in the backyard. James was quick to come out to provide a quote which was competitive with other companies we spoke with. the work was done less than a week later for the price he quoted. Cleaned up was also great. Highly recommend for tree maintenance needs!

These amazing guys arrived on schedule, trimmed a large rectangular hedge which consisted of 50 boxwoods and then beautifully shaped a large Hawthorn bush along with a number of other ornamental shrubs. Amazing. The two person crew showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very careful. The tree had Dutch elm disease but they were still able to climb it and cut it down in sections which is a good thing as back yard not machine accessible. Also had to carry branches through narrow gap between houses. Finally the grass in the backyard was immaculate and no damage whatsoever and they cleaned up all debris. Never thought it would go so well. They also took care of getting exception from City to remove tree.

A neighbor observed there work and approached them about cutting down a tree.

Great service, great communication. They came and removed a tree that was starting to damage my garage. Took about an hour and they left the backyard looking cleaner than when they started. Would definitely recommend.

When we had a tree fall, James, who had worked on our trees before, was the fastest to respond and got the job done quickly and effectively for a very reasonable price. I contacted James in early July and within 24 hrs he got back to me and within a day came over to give me an estimate. I've been out of town over the past few months, so the work was just done today and other than the trees being gone, I would never have known they were in my backyard. Not one branch was left in my yard - very tidy clean up on such a miserable, rainy day. James also answered any of my questions thru email on the same day. Thanks again for a great job. Laura

I have a large Norway Maple that is leaning and I was worried it was falling. James responded to my request promptly and was at my house within 48 hours. He gave me a lot of information on my tree, basically letting me know that the tree was healthy and it was not necessary to take down as well as informing me about my legal responsibilities regarding the tree and neighbours. He could have very easily told me that the tree needed to be removed and made some money, but instead he was perfectly honest, let me know that the tree was fine, and calmed my worries. He's a really nice guy and I will definitely contact him for any future arborist-related matters!

We called James from Mr. Tree Man to give us a quote to prune 2 large Silver Maples in our backyard. James showed up at the arranged time and after viewing both trees he said in his opinion the trees don't need any work right now and suggested we wait until next fall. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with Jame's honesty. He is very knowledgeable and explained in detail why it is not necessary to do anything right now. We trust James and will definitely call him in the future as well as suggest him to friends and relatives. It was a pleasure meeting him.
