This is the first time I have ever had to do this and I wish someone had put this company on the BBB before we hired this company. We only wanted stamped concrete but they said they did fences as well. I sent a picture of what I wanted the fence to look like. Nothing of the sort happened. The fence is only two feet in the ground with concrete on only one side of the post. We told them how important it was for our drainage system to stay in tack because of the flooding issues we have. The completely disregarded our concerns and cut our system in three places and poured concrete down it. My dog can get out from under the fence, which is half the reason why we wanted one put up. After explaining this to them, they said they would put kick boards up and never happened. They still have support on the other side of the fence holding it up. The bought a gate door and instead of putting in a extra post, they add a piece of wood to the gate to make it fit. So with the cheap hardware, the gate fell off two days later.
So, back to them cutting out my drainage system. Every time it rains now, my yard and my neighbours yard are so badly flooded, that our basements now have water in them. Our window wells are full of water. We told them several times how important that drain was but completely ignore us.
I thought the concrete was a good job and then I noticed that it isn't even level. The stamped part was to have a black border but they didn't follow through with that either. They said that they would put two coats of sealant on but only put one. When I asked about it, Rob said he did. I have a camera system up and I went back and watched. They were only here for an hour, hence, one coat. They will cut corners at every stage. Concrete poured without re bar or fiber mesh. The dirt and garbage the left at the end my driveway and the street for weeks.
Communication not there. You may be talking to him but is not listening to anything you have to say. I will be contacting a lawyer about my damages.

I had to hire another company to put in a new drainage system, at a cost of 2645.00 and now I have to hire another company to try to fix our fence and gate. We can buy the sealant ourselves to apply. I never want anyone else to go through this painful process. My neighbour got a flat tire from all the garbage on the road.
According to records this person is, or was, a Director of 8417334 Canada Inc..
