Very professional and honest. They installed a gutter and downspout that my home builder had missed. Jin Tai was very professional and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with the final result. Would highly recommend. They adhered to Covid protocol.

Kylie and the team were very easy to deal with. They provided a very reasonable quote and backed their work with a 15 year warranty. They took off my existing roofing, repaired the plywood boards and worked efficiently to put the new roofing on. They also cleaned up very nicely and made sure that all debris was picked up after the job.

Overall I'd recommend them due to the execution and quality of roofing done.

I contacted three roofing contractors and Kylie and the supervisor from Jin Tai really stood out as professional. They came to the house, inspected and measured and provided a quote. I wasn’t sure which roof colour to go with and Kylie was able to provide a professional opinion to help guide me. My roof was leaking and they understood the urgency of the situation. After looking at the forecast and seeing rain for the next week they put together a large crew to fit me into their schedule. Within 24 hours I had a new roof ! This was an easy, stress free process and I will be sure to recommend them in the future ! ....Also their work comes with a 15 year guarantee !!!

We are very happy with this excellent company. Highly recommend them. We had several companies give us quotes. Jin Tai did our neighbours house 2 years ago and they were very happy with the work. It also showed the company had longevity. We had several quotes and all had a different method of quoting. Only Jin Tai took the time to actually look at the roof to ensure there were no surprises and to address my questions. Their quote was very reasonable. Most important is they responded quickly to all my calls, they were on time and fulfilled the job without issue. They did an excellent job, we are very happy with the work and they did a great job protecting our property and cleaning up.
