Joey responded quickly to both my request through Homestars and a voice message left on his phone to clear my blocked kitchen sink drain on a Saturday evening. Since he was doing another big sewer backup job, I was fine waiting until the next morning. He quoted me a very reasonable, flat price for the job, as opposed to the outrageous, overtime hourly price quoted by another company and advised he would contact me the next morning. He called at exactly the time he said he would the next morning and arrived exactly when he said he would. Within an hour he had the blockage in our kitchen sink cleared and also provided us with good advice about using our garburator. Joey is prompt, knowledgeable, professional. We were extremely impressed with his work, his customer service as well as his pricing. Although I hope that I don't have the problem again, Sewerheroes is definitely who I will call in I do. I do not hesitate to recommend Joey!
