Joey arrived promptly as arranged and professionally diagnosed the problem of the drainage blockage in our house. He set up his equipment, and inserted a special camera into the 4 inch diameter pipe. Through his step-by-step explanation, I got to understand clearly the source of the blockage, and how he cleaned up the blockage materials. I was also shown the final result, which is a precise video image of the cleaned pipe. Joey is very knowledgable and skilled. I am duly impressed by the whole process plus the fair price.
