Heating tubes repair and furnace installation
It was a Saturday afternoon and one of my rental units suddenly had no heat. I called 5 or 6 companies before I connected with De Marco. The receptionist was able to contact the technician who was on his way home. He turned around and came and inspected the furnace. He discovered that one of the heating tubes was cracked as it was an old furnace ( I knew It was at its end of service and the time had come) . He was able to offer me a reasonable price on a new Bryant furnace ample for the square footage. He was professional and showed understanding for my concerns to get a new furnace that could replace the one I had and one that would last.
