Had a perfect service call from Adrian and his team. Their technician was thorough, on time, left the site spotless and had great communication skills. He answered all my questions and talked to me about what to expect in the future. I manage a handful properties and frequently deal with service providers and this was one of my best experiences.
The furnace is a monster, old "gravity" style from 1970's and De Marco has managed to keep it safely humming along. Very happy customer.
