Millennium Van Lines

Millenium moving company is terrible. They broke and damaged merchandise valued at 2000.00 and do not admit to the damage. The movers were friendly but very careless which caused extensive damaged to cherished pieces. They were in a hurry and did not wrap and secure our furniture which caused broken glass, mirrors and punctures in leather

I used their services last May. I have misplaced my invoice. Invoice is required for income tax. I have called at least 50 times, and never got a call back. I can't believe companies are able to stay in business, when they treat their customers so poorly.

Cancelled my long distance move within 36 hours from pick up, phone numbers don’t work, notified by email only, no personal touch and their reason was (in my opinion) a load of bunk. They said said their truck was pulled off the road because of a small crack in the windshield and they had to have it towed back to Toronto to be replaced. Didn’t know they only replaced windshields in Toronto, my replacement mover rented a truck to accommodate me, why didn’t Millenium do the same?? Because that’s what reputable companies do...we were moving over 600 kilometres, try and find a replacement company in short notice that doesn’t want you to put a second mortgage on your house to help you out.. fortunately we found a very good company and all worked out, stress we didn’t want or need. don’t be fooled by their low price,, if you want a stress free move, stay away from this company

I moved my 2 roon from montreal to toronto.The company's employees were very respectful and very friendly.also the movers have arrived to my adress at the right time .they very well worked organized and disciplined.my all stafs were complete and undamaged.thank you very much...

millennium van lines moved my 1 bedroom from gatineau to toronto. by far the best moving experience i have ever had. i received quotes from many companies but elly was very helpful so i chose to go with millennium van lines. she was there to assist me through every step of the way and the movers were extremely friendly, fast and efficient. definitely recommend millennium for a smooth move! keep up the great work guys and looking forward to work with you again!

Happy to say had the first smooth move ever using the team at Millennium vanlines! Having used many moving companies in the past, it has always been a stressful experience but this time around it was quite the opposite. they have treated my stuff with care and packing was quickly done, prices were affordable, and movers were professional and polite showing excellent service
I look forward to working with them in the future.

It was my first move ever so I was a little nervous with the whole process but these guys made it so easy for me, I just sat back and watched them work their magic. They came to my house at around 11:45 AM (15 mins before my scheduled time as the sales representative had already informed me), loaded the items in about 2 hours (it was a 2 bedroom home), and moved me to my new home. The movers were very kind and hardworking! By 4 PM all my furniture was in the rooms they were supposed to be in, and everything was unpacked! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a moving experience as stress-free as mine. Thank you Millennium Van Lines!!!

These people are the best. The movers made sure everything was well packaged (e.g. bubble wrapped). Took things apart and made sure everything was there to rebuild. They were courteous, happy, well mannered and did exactly what I asked. When the furniture arrived, everything was there and in perfect shape. Plus the office staff were very helpful and courteous too. And best of all, the best price for moving and storage (which I had to do for 4 months). I highly recommend.

I will never refer this company to my family and friends. Very unprofessional, the movers get tired at the end of the move. They leave all boxes on the lower level of my house and we have to do the lifting ourselves to the right room and that's the reason why we hire them so they can do the lifting and the men are not strong, very weak.
The next day I call the company and the reciption was very nice from the beginning to get your business but if you call and complain and let her know we are going to right a review about the company she is not very nice after that. I told her the two men damage a few of my stuff and the wall of my house. She told me my insurance for my home can cover that.
The movers want for me to pay them first before they move my stuff in the house. Which is very wrong. Everything they do which I know is wrong, is a fee. Be careful of this company. First when they want to get your business the receptionest Sara is very nice. But after that you see this company bad side.
Movers swears a lot.
