Roof storm damage. To start Matt was on time for his appointment and even called as he might be 5mins late. The roofing crew were there promptly on time each morning. They cleaned up all debris ever day before leaving and tarped the plants and railings to save them from any damage. Not only did the shingle application go smoothly and accordingly to laid out plan, the crew was a pleasure to have around. They were professional, very particular and the finished product looks great. Matt suggested we add 3 wind turbines, this after other roofers said the ventilation was adequate. It makes a big difference in the attic temperature and extends the single life. They screwed not nailed them in for a more endurance in high winds.
The roofers came back to finish the job, the next day, as they were concerned due high temperatures
they would damage and scuff the new shingles as they soften in the extreme heat. The last guy off the roof changed out the shingles the ladder rested on as they left an indentation. Extreme attention to detail in every process of the installation was very evident.
Was Matt more expensive for this exceptional service, No, and we had several quotes to compare.
Overall Matt and his crew pays close attention to detail. We so appreciative for this expentionsl service and professional attitude and caring to have the job done with pride of the finished product. We are very satisfied and have referred to two friends immediately for their roofing needs.
