Bought the 15 year old house 3 years ago. 3 of my grand-children were visiting when one the 2 garage doors cable snapped endangering the kids. Emergency call at ONC, John responded within the hour, came and replaced all 4 cables and the 2 springs; professional and no hassle, good job.
