Booked for a 6 to 7 pm pick up the following day.. The driver called at 9 pm, ONE DAY EARLY & asked where I was. The next driver called & said that he would be there on time at 9 PM! Told him it was for 7 pm the following day; he promised to be on time but never showed. Called me at home at 8:30 PM & said that he could make it the following day!!!!
Luckily, Beck Taxi came through in a pinch & saved the day, again.

I had an issue on my final bill charged to my Visa. Spoke to "Sam" who took charge of the situation right away, investigated and got back to me immediately with an explanation and an email that I would get a credit. I take some fault being a first time user. The customer service that I received left me with a very positive view of this company and I will definitely use them again.

I used Fetchit to move a mattress and boxspring from one apartment building to another. The app was easy to use - just enter the pick up and drop off locations, the date/time, a picture of the item, and comments. I got a quote in seconds and the job was accepted within a few minutes. The move itself went very smoothly - the driver was really nice, helpful, and fast (I helped him with the move, but you have the option not to). Using the app was cheaper than renting a truck and having to buy beer to convince your friends to move stuff for you. It was so convenient, too! I'd definitely use Fetchit again and will be recommending it to my friends and family!

I used FetchIt to transport a table and couch from my downtown apartment to my in-laws who live about an hour out of the city. The delivery app was easy to use, and I was linked with a driver within 1 minute. The driver was helpful and punctual. The driver even brought sturdy furniture covers to protect my stuff. This was by far the cheapest and most convenient way to transport my furniture. I am so very pleased with the convenience of the service and would recommend it to everyone and would definitely use it again!

Had booked a delivery company to move my sofa and a few chairs, but they didn't show up on the moving day and I had to leave my apartment like now! Found those guys on google and downloaded their app on the phone. The truck was 30 minutes later at my place after I posted the job. They helped me to load everything and moved me quick to another location.
Best service ever, I will use it again for my other moves!
