After inquiring about a quote, Trevor came on site quickly to provide a great quote for pruning three young but fast growing silver maples in front of my property. However, I am most impressed with Trevor is that he is really thinking for his clients.

Despite that I thought the trees belong to me (the city didn't prune them in their previous work in the area), Trevor recommended me to double check with the city on who owns the trees as it looks like the city's trees based on his experience in the area. What a great advice, it turned out that the trees indeed belong to the city but was missing from the city's records. The city came in to prune the trees and saved me a lot of money. I had a couple of Arborist to come and look at my gypsy moth infestation. Both of them recommended to cut the trees as they were not revivable. Both of them referred me to Trevor. After a recent wind storm, a large limb from our old willow, fell in our backyard and also caused a large crack in another willow beside it. Trevor and team are extremely professional and skillful in their work. They are responsive from the beginning till the end of the project and are very informative of the steps involved. The most commendable part of their work ethics is the attention to detail. For example, they will go the extra mile to ensure cleanliness of your lawn and driveway after the stump is grinded (neat pile of woodchip). And they were very thorough (branch by branch) when trimming another tree to ensure it's not growing towards the house.
