Preparing my home for sale, it needed a deep clean. I posted my requirement here on HomeStars and received four responses. S and S was quick to respond and diligent in follow up communications. The list of items they'd cover was detailed (and felt a little like over promising), but their price was in-line with the other quotes so they won based on good communication.

The ladies arrived within the specified time frame, did a tour of the house to assess things and set to work. They were impressively thorough and I am very satisfied with the finished results.

We reached out to S&S Cleaning for help with a deep clean of our semi-detached house, which was looking a little dusty, dour and dog-fur-filled after a few busy pandemic/post-lockdown years. Sophie responded almost immediately with helpful and detailed information about their services and costing. We got an appointment shortly thereafter -- and they did an absolutely wonderful job. We had forgotten how shiny our kitchen and bathrooms could be! Their responsive communication and professionalism made for a smooth and painless process throughout. S&S Cleanings has Amazing customer service from start to finish. Booking was easy. The cleaners showed up on time. The work was so thorough- our house was sparkling afterwards.
