I contacted the company over email (as we were overseas) and was easily able to arrange a date for carpet cleaning. They were reliable and did a great job. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. They came back when I asked them to look at two stains that had been covered over by our furniture (our fault as the room was basically storage while we were away). They took care of the problem right away. I would highly recommend Sir Clean Pro.
