Max Appliance Repair

I have a Samsung washer, and it had displayed an error code. After trying everything I could think of, I contacted the company, who said it needed a repair person. I found Max Appliance Repair on the internet, and Alexander Goz came out right away. The part was ordered immediately, and A. Goz came back within a couple of days. They really understand the importance of getting a washer working as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this company.

He came for a 5min servuce call to tell us the issue we made him $60. He said he would call us and update us on the part. I messaged him and he kept saying i eill call u tomorrow he never did he then at one point i called snd was not even sure about the part or the service and then said he would call me and nwver did. He then stop answering my call and text.
So basically this guy makes his money from the 5mins he comes for the service to tell u the issue then never followsup. He is not professional

Also i do not know why my postal code shows incorrectly but my job was done in mississauga dundas and glengarry area

Vlad was great. Very pleasant, called ahead to confirm his arrival time, worked efficiently and, best of all, fixed the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to engage his services again. My initial call to Max Appliance gave me a positive feeling and Vlad's work reinforced it.

They charge twice as much as they should and add an additional bill for $70 more if you don’t agree. They worked for less than 45 minutes and charged $195.00! They said they don’t work by the hour.

terrible technician. had no clue what he was dealing with or how to diagnose the problem properly. he forgot how to put the shelf back into the fridge and proceeded to scratch the interior and to round off the screws with a nut driver (not a screw gun).

Said new compressor was 2-3,000 dollars and requires the fridge to be removed from its position. None of this was true.

also said he would call next day and i have not heard from anyone.

Terrible customer experience. It took three visits, a month and a thousand bucks to make two repairs (dryer and dishwasher). Tech didn't clean up and left parts scattered across area.

Want to speak to a manager? Good luck - completely unresponsive. You become a hostage to them.

Avoid MAX Appliance Repair like COVID. Brutal!

My washing mashing wasn’t draining. I thought it might me clogged with a piece of clothes and tried turning it on over and over, but had no luck. Found Max Appliance online, called them and scheduled an appointment.
The technician came on time. He tested the machine, then removed the panel and tested the pump directly. Nothing was clogged, but drain pump was malfunctioning. Luckily, he managed to find a place to buy the new pump and next day he came back to replace it.
Very pleased with the service.
Max, the technician was very professional, punctual and polite.
Will definitely recommend to my friends.

They came out to replace our dishwasher motor and it broke again a month later. They stated on the phone that they would send someone out in 3-5 days. One month and several calls later the finally came out. They told us the part was under warranty and all we would have to pay for is labor to replace it. The informed us that the part was on back order and would contact us when it came in. Two and a half month after that and several calls later they inform us there was no record of the visit in July and our warranty had ran out. They told us there was nothing they could do. Truly disappointing and awful service from the repair technician in Waterloo. Do no use very shady and unprofessional.

I have been trying to get my fridge fixed since July. It is still not fixed. I called last week to have a manager call me and no one did. Today I spoke with Alex and asked the same and was told that the manager doesn't want to call me and too bad. This is absolutely horrible customer service and i am asking again that a manager call me. NO one should use your service if this is how you treat your clients.

Great company! Our repair technician (Oleg Shymon) was very knowledgeable and conducted the work professionally. They stood buy their work and came back to fix minor issues. I highly recommend their services.
