First off, they were almost 2 hours late and when they showed up only one guy was moving the stuff. They brought a truck that was too small and had to reload many times. There was also other random stuff in the truck. They broke our bed frame, snapped it right in half.
The owner was extremely rude and had no accountability for anything. It was easy to tell this wasnt their first time delivering such poor service. They took hours longer than initially estimated and we ahead to help because they were scratching my floors. They didnt lift anything just dragged it. They also took chunks off my appartment door.
Absolutely horrible, I wished I saw the negative reviews before I hired them. When I looked them up another company came up and I mixed them up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
