TERRIBLE SERVICE - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
There are not enough words to express our frustration and disappointment with Project Landscape!
We hired this company in May 2020 relying on good reviews, this was a huge mistake!
False promises, unmet deadlines, failed commitments and tons of back-and-forth emails left us with ruined grading in our yard and NOTHING was done. We had to cancel our contract in November and got our money back, but we wasted so much time and nerves that we sincerely regret getting involved with Alison and Scott.
In our opinion, they are unorganized, unreliable, unprofessional and difficult to talk to once they get you to sign the contract.
We made a mistake giving them a deposit and found out later that they don’t have a proper licensing – any contractor needs to have a Prepaid Contractor license to be able to get deposits upfront, and Project Landscape did not have it at the time they took our money.
Their crew never came on time, when promised, but then showed up unexpectedly without notice, when we had other contractors on-site, blaming us for that afterwards.
They damaged the house’s siding, and it took us 4 months and lots of arguing to get them to fix it properly.
Alison talked us into postponing the project until spring 2021 blaming the poor drainage in our yard but promised us to fix the grading (that they had ruined) this year, and it was never done. We waited from August to November and they were always too busy to finish what they had committed to. In the end, Alison let us know that we have to re-sign a new contract with the higher pricing for 2021 – sneaky and unfair move – we should have never agreed to postpone the work, but little did we know how untrustworthy they are!
