Thank you Sia! We had a raccoon in our attic. We left messages for a couple of other companies, no call backs - Sia responded right away. He is very knowledgeable, professional and fast. He answered all of our questions, gave us all the details on what would be done and what to expect. He addressed the problem safely (for our family and the raccoon) and he also set us up with some preventative measures too. Highly recommend!
