We will be putting new flooring in our basement, and wanted reassurance that the pipes leading out were in good shape (i.e. no surprise flooding). Ryan and Carl arrived when scheduled, and got right to work with their drain camera. They pushed through some minor blocked areas, and provided a visual DVD at the end of the service, explaining what might be needed to keep the water flowing properly. A very good customer experience, we would highly recommend RC Pro.
