We had build an extension in the back of our townhouse and needed blinds for multiple doors and Windows.
Our customer experience has been as smooth as it can be from beginning to end. The sales rep was very helpful in advising us and discussing various options during an onsite consultation. He was very quick to respond to follow questions by SMS and at anytime.
The best part is that pricing was quite competitive and order to installation only took 2 weeks! They were able to accommodate a speedy installation on the day the blinds got delivered to our home.
Overall, we are very happy with the experience, the end results and I would highly recommend.
