I have quoted 5 companies for my old home gas converting project to supply and install 2 sets of furnace, AC unit, and hot water tank. After talking with company and carefully reading each company's reviews on Google and HomeStars and BBB, I chose Oria H&C.

The owner Mansoor is professional and VERY customer-oriented. Whenever I had any concern or request, Mansoor responded promptly, which I liked. The quality of the company service is good, and especially the after-work customer service provided by Mansoor is very pleasant.

Just had my AC and humidifier installed by Oria Heating and cooling. He took the time to explain the proper maintenance of the AC/humidifier to me (a new home buyer) and installed a connection the builder had omitted. He took the time to review the warranty, installation, breaker and tips for efficient use.

He was punctual, attentive and knowledgeable; as any professional should be.

If you have any issues he will be there to help you. That is very reassuring as a home buyer.

I asked 3 companies for a visit and quotations to install a new central air conditioner into my 4 year old house. Mansoor’s approach exceeded my expectations, since it seemed as though his goal was to do a good job and to make his customers happy, and that it was not only about the sale. Out of the 3 I was offered the best value in terms of responsiveness, warranty and price, so I decided to hire Oria Heating & Cooling to install the air conditioner.

The day of the install, Kody, Tyler and Mansoor (sorry if I left someone out), came early and installed the unit sooner than expected (i.e. shorter install time than what I was told). They conducted themselves very professionally and seemed to have the experience and qualifications to do the work. The install was also very neatly done, and the place was clean after they left. In addition, Mansoor fixed a couple of issues I was having with my builder, very quickly and very cheaply. He also took the time to explain what work had been done, the maintenance I can do, and how to operate the unit properly and safely.

I used this company for a purchase and installation of a new air conditioner. I was so impressed by the customer service that was shown and the professionalism of the install team. I had set a deadline of purchase and install and this company met it. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Mansoor was great! I called in the morning and he was able to come the same day. He is polite, direct and happy to answer questions. He had to wade through snow past his knees to get to the gas shutoff and no complaints.

My rental in Barrhaven had the AC malfunction and I requested quotes from a few companies. Mansoor not only was very informative in diagnosing the problem with the old AC, but he provided sound recommendations. I ended up choosing to replace the AC, and Mansoor took care of everything without me being present including without cost attaching a new thermostat that I had purchased.
