Heating & Air Conditioning review in Ottawa

My experience with ORIA was outstanding and they are the only HVAC company I will deal with from now on, and for any Gas appliance. Mansoor conducted a thorough inspection and provided us with an honest assessment of the real issues concerning our 12 year-old furnace. He saved us from going ahead with a replacement furnace + AC "package deal" quickly offered by our current HVAC company. I wish every contractor/company I dealt with was like ORIA! Thank you Mansoor!

New AC unit

Had a new AC unit installed to replace my 40 year old unit. Customer service was extraordinary as Mansoor went on out of his way to fit me in despite having to work in 35 degree heat. While he was here he also found and fixed an issue with the furnace setup and told me how to fix my humidifier issues. Amazing service will around. And to top it all of, price couldn't be beat. Highly recommend

I had just gotten a new air conditioner put in with Oria Heating and cooling. They where very nice and on time. After the install was up they showed me all the amazing work they had done and ran me through what they have done. Very satisfied with the work, I will be sure to recommend them to others.

He first tried to help us over the phone. Then he arrived a day earlier then he first suggested. He was quick and efficient and very friendly. He could have told us anything and we would have not known the difference but when asked he said everything appeared very good. That he wasn't about making money but about providing good service and he proved that today. We'll not be calling anyone else from this moment on.

Capable and friendly service!

Our gas stove quit so we had get a new one hooked up stat as the holidays are just around the corner. We called Mansoor because of his stellar Homestar reviews.
We were not disappointed. He had us hooked up the day after we contacted him.
He was friendly, prompt and had us hooked up quickly.
Totally recommend. We are holding onto his card for sure!

Gas pipe installation for the gas range

We decided to use a gas range to replace the electrical one and needed to have the pipe installed. Mansoor was very friendly and responded quickly to the requests. He always showed up on time at appointments. The job was done fast and left the workplace clean. Will recommend to others.

My furnace broke down and it’s winter so I needed it fixed ASAP. I had no idea who to call so I just looked at companies that were closest by and I’m glad I did. I was working until 6 pm that night and Mansoor even came as soon as I got home it was almost 7pm! I was really grateful for that cause I have long working hours. He gave me tips on ways I could save money, even showed me prices for parts, but got me up and running in no time at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the experience and I highly recommended him!
