I've had trouble with rats, so I had called someone to take care of them; but unfortunately it didn't work out. A friend of mine gave me this company's number. The guy came and surveyed the area, then setup something under my deck which he told me was a feeder box to take care of the rats. This worked out wonderfully, as I have no more problems with rats anymore. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone else.

Very happy with the response time and bee nest removal. Also, sprayed other areas believed to harbor hornet's nests. Very trustworthy, professional, and helpful.

North Star came and thoroughly inspected the roof and attic. They sealed a possible entry point for squirrels and mice and also placed poison throughout the attic and between floors.

Their work from start to finish was flawless. In a home that cooks around the clock, rats are a no no. I discovered hundreds of droppings in my kitchen, gargage and basement. I called north star, they were on the scene the same day
and within two hours they got the job done. After a few days, and the full clearn up, I noticed no more rats, all exits had been sealed and whatever they did stopped the rodents from coming again. Thank you north star, I now sleep rat worry free.
