My family began to see random bite marks and messes around the kitchen about a week and a bit ago. I decided to shove it off until it got serious. I then noticed droppings beginning to appear in the kitchen, the problem had finally gotten serious. Upon a recommendation by a friend, I called North Star Pest Control and they showed up in the shortest period of time that I thought was possible. Shortly after these wonderful exterminators came, I had began realizing the results already. I’m very grateful for this quick and easy process that this company made even better. Thank you North Star!

Very professional service. we got bashir from north star pest control., was very diligent, knowledgeable, and kind.we had a squirrel entering in our roof. He found the entry point quickly and was able to install a one way door.
Within two days the squirrel was out and Bashir was there to repair and remove the door.
I found them one of the most reliable companies out there and reasonable in price. Bashir was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company!!

I had began noticing droppings around my garage about a week ago. I brushed it off but then when the rats began to be more visible to my family, I knew I needed a quick and easy solution. I asked around the neighbour to see if anyone else had any experience with these kinds of issues and finally got a recommendation from one of our neighbourhood friends. They told us to call North Star Pest Control, we are very glad they did. The North Star Team came right away and set up little boxes of medication. Their team was very polite and explained the process very well. Now, after a week has gone by, there are no signs of droppings or rats. Thank you North Star!

Pest control - Mice

It has been approximately 3 weeks since I contacted North Star. I had heard scratching sounds periodically stemming from my attic. Shakiel diagnosed the sound and potential problem as mice. North Star treated my whole home including garage with a couple methods. I am happy to say I believe the problem has not returned. The service was professional from initial call through the treatment of my house. He is knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly with limited intrusion.

Squirrels in attic

I called Shakeel to deal with a large opening in my flat roof where squirrels were getting in. He had put mesh wire througout the entire length of the roof as there were many places where the squirrels were able to get in. He also installed a one way door to ensure they could not get back in. It worked. Within a couple of days the squirrels left and never came back. Throughout the process Shakeel was very professional and an excellent communicator whether it be through phone, text or email. He sent me photos to show me exactly where the squirrels were getting in before he did the job so I understood what was happening. It was easy and simple to work with Shakeel. I will definitely contact him for anyone future issues that I have.
