Shiny Tubs

When I called Shiny Tub, Jamal was the associate that I discussed the job with. Jamal explained to me what service the company-provided and he walked me through the process. I was quite pleased with the photos that he sent me on past jobs that had been completed. We worked out a quote for two bathrooms that needed to be done, and a date was arranged for each bathroom. Most of our communication was via text, which was handy!
Jamal arrived on time, and worked the day. Jamal went above my expectations by hand mixing the paint to match the rest of the bathroom (bone), repairing any missing tile grout, extra holes in the tile wall from past shower rods and by changing out the old built-in soap holders in each bathroom (I purchased them, Jamal changed them).
Jamal also explained the care and maintenance for the newly painted tubs. He also showed me a product that Costco sold that can hold all my necessary items, and that will keep bottles off the tub. I bought each bathroom one. Great price!!
Overall, my experience with Shiny Tub was excellent. Jamal explained everything and did a fantastic job on the tubs. My husband and I are extremely pleased on the end results. I have already recommended this company to friends at work that are looking to have their bathrooms done.
